Treatment guidelines endorsed in Tanzania

Endorsement of the guidelines is a key step in improving and standardising care across the country.

The hard work of the project team has paid off, with the announcement that Muhimbili National Hospital, Tanzania’s main referral hospital, has endorsed national treatment guidelines for haemophilia. The guidelines will now be disseminated to centres across the country, as part of efforts to expand and standardise care.
