Sara Motka

Sara Motka joined the Novo Nordisk Haemophilia Foundation in June 2016 with responsibility for programme management in Asia and Caucasus. She was promoted Senior Programme Manager in April 2020 and Head of Programmes in April 2022.

Sara’s previous roles have been in the Danish non-profit sector as a programme and project manager at The Danish Association of Lawyers and Economics and at Save the Children.

Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master in Human Resource Management from the University of Copenhagen. She is a Danish national.
