Stephanie Seremetis

Dr Stephanie Seremetis is CVP and Chief Medical Officer for Haemophilia at Novo Nordisk. Before joining Novo Nordisk, she was Associate Professor in the Departments of Medicine and Geriatrics at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, as well as Director of the Regional Comprehensive Hemophilia Diagnostic and Treatment Center.

Dr Seremetis has authored numerous publications in the areas of haematology and haemophilia and has been a reviewer for many medical journals, including The New England Journal of Medicine, The Journal of the American Medical Association and The Lancet. She has also served on many committees for organisations such as the National Haemophilia Foundation, the National Institutes of Health and the World Health Organization.

Dr Seremetis was elected Vice President of the Novo Nordisk Haemophilia Council in October 2020, after having served as Council member since 2015.
