Ognenka Kozar

Ognenka Kozar, MD, is Corporate Vice President for Clinical, Medical and Regulatory in the Region of South East Europe, Middle East & Africa at Novo Nordisk. She joined Novo Nordisk in 1996 as Clinical Research Associate in Macedonia. Before her current position, she was Vice President for Global Medical Affairs Biopharm (Rare Disease).

Ognenka Kozar obtained her MD in 1993 and specialised in 2004 in Internal Disease, while also earning an MSc in Endocrinology with Diabetology, from the University of Skopje. She also has a mini-MBA from the Scandinavian International Management Institute, Copenhagen and completed the Harvard Strategy Execution Programme.

Ognenka Kozar was elected member of the Novo Nordisk Haemophilia Foundation Council in May 2024.
