Liselotte Hyveled

Liselotte is a senior leader in Nordisk Nordisk, where she currently serves as VP in R&D external innovation. She holds a MSc, pharm and sMBA and a board education followed by board experience.

Throughout her 30-year career, she has been a fierce advocate for the patient voice, most notably during her tenure as the company’s Chief Patient Officer. She played a transformative role in putting patients first, shifting the focus from purely clinical metrics to improving the quality of life and daily freedom for those living with chronic disorders. Beyond her corporate role, she is a dedicated champion for social inclusion, previous chair of the National Disability Council in Denmark and promoting workplace neurodiversity. Her leadership consistently bridges the gap between complex drug development and the human experience of the patient.

Liselotte was elected to the NNHF Council in 2026.
