Elin Jäger

Elin has been with Novo Nordisk since 2012, beginning her career as a Business Process Graduate and progressing through a range of marketing and strategic roles across both headquarters and international affiliates.

For the past eight years, she has served as Executive Assistant and most recently as Corporate Vice President for Corporate Affairs to the Executive Vice President for International Operations. Effective 1 September 2025, Elin was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO of Novo Nordisk. In this role, she also leads corporate strategy responsibilities and oversees the company’s global sustainability efforts.

She currently serves as Vice Chair of the World Diabetes Foundation and holds an MSc in International Marketing & Management & CEMS MIM from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, earned in 2012.

Elin was elected to the NNHF Council in 2026.
