“I get inspired by working towards a common goal, supporting our programme partners in addressing their needs by turning their ideas into concrete actions. Together with the partners, we form proactive local teams, we find potential solutions to their challenges, we celebrate their progress and the small results that lead to the changes and improvements they want to achieve. Dreams can become true if we try to accomplish them by working together.”
