• 21 laboratory technicians and haematologists trained
• 7 established and equipped laboratory units in regional centres
• Improve knowledge on quality control in 7 regions
• Up to 2450 Patients benefit from improved diagnosis in the regions and significantly reduced efforts and costs on travels to Caracas
• Regional centres strengthened and national laboratory network set up as well as national haemophilia network enlarged
• 20% increase in number of registered people with bleeding disorder in national registry
