Objectives

• Include orthopaedic and traumatological surgery in MSK care in Tashkent
• Increase HCP knowledge on managing haemophilia in 12 regions
• Strengthen diagnostic facilities in Tashkent
• Establish laboratory in Bukhara and support further decentralisation of diagnosis
• Enable people with haemophilia to become psychologically fit to live a healthy life
