Objectives

• Set-up integral care of women with bleeding disorders and carriers
• Create integral health care clinics for carriers of coagulopathies
• Run awareness and training programme for HCPs, patients & their families
• Support counselling of carriers and set-up registry

Reasons for cancellation

This project started in October 2012 with the intention of addressing the needs of women with bleeding disorders and as carriers. The project was off to a promising start, however health issues with the project leaders resulted in this project being cancelled as it could not get off the ground.
