Objectives
- Validate the HJHS 2.1, FISH, PedHAL/HAL, CHOKLAT and HEMOQoL-A into Thai language
- Perform a training of trainers session on musculoskeletal (MSK) care evaluations for the team in Chian Mai and Bangkok
- Delineate the MSK status of people with haemophilia in Chiang Mai and Bangkok
- Provide training to people with haemophilia about the importance of MSK evaluation and physical activity
- Share results at local and international journals and at one international conference
Achievements
- In-depth training of 6 healthcare professionals from the two trainers’ teams with Sick Kids, Canada
- Follow-up visit and workshops with Sick Kids, Canada
- MSK care training sessions carried out by the two trainers’ teams in 6 provinces
- MSK booklets translated
- Haemostasis and MSK registry developed
- HJHS and FISH manuals translated
- Two educational videos developed focusing on MSK care and on how to choose the right shoes
