Objectives
- Strengthen diagnosis capabilities in Cluj Napoca
- Consolidate haemophilia data in a national online registry and (re-)diagnose people with haemophilia in the north
- Improve haemophilia care and increase training opportunities for haemophilia in northern Romania
- Increase standardisation of haemophilia care and raise awareness amongst healthcare professionals in Romania
