Objectives

• Train staff to improve care offered to patients with haemophilia
• Improve quality of diagnosis in Paraguay by strengthening coagulation laboratory facilities at Hospital Nacional de Itagua and Hospital Regional de Encarnación
• Execute a nationwide census to diagnose and register patients
• Provide educational sessions to patients and families on haemophilia
