Objectives
- Strengthen the Pakistan Haemophilia Patients Welfare Society and its chapters to excel their role
- Increase the public and the awareness of people with haemophilia
- Outreach for identification of new people with haemophilia
- Develop centralised web-based national patients registry
Achievements
- Reduced stigmatisation and increased self-esteem of people with haemophilia
- Four patient camps educated people with haemophilia and their parents to improve their long-term health outcomes
- A national web-based registry was created
- The patient organisation increased its membership and organisational capacity
