Objectives

  • Identify both shared and unique challenges across the selected pilot countries (Ghana, India, Kenya, Nepal, Pakistan and Tanzania), perceived training needs and learning expectations
  • Build the knowledge and skills amongst pilot country representatives to enable them to create a tailored advocacy strategy and action plan
  • Ensure the successful implementation of advocacy plans and activities in each pilot country
  • Develop recommendations on how the fostering advocacy programme can be scaled up to include more countries and take initial steps to expand the programme
