Objectives
- Set up multidisciplinary care and train the teams in Suzhou, Nanjing, Yangzhou, Huaian and Xuzhou
- Advance the capacity in the selected centres on factor activity and von Willebrand Disease detection, and the usage of the registry system
- Provide technical and support for people with haemophilia, and raise awareness through follow up visits, project specific meetings and World Haemophilia Day activities

- Decreased travel time to receive qualitative care
- Medical care network build up
- Diagnosis rate increased by 27% (from 1,370 to 1,745) and is now at 21.7%
