Objectives

  • Advance level of diagnosis in 8 pre-selected HTCs at national level
  • Achieve diagnosis sustainability by training local patient association members and HTCs on advocacy and communication
  • Analyse and improve vWD subtype classification

Delivering a sustainable diagnosis strategy

How can you improve diagnosis in a sustainable way? This was the challenge addressed in Brazil, where in some cases, samples were being sent up to 2,500km away for testing. Watch the short film to find out how the project helped to ensure better access to diagnosis now and in the long-term.
