Objectives
- Establish coagulation laboratory facilities and skills

“We need help establishing new facilities and providing healthcare professionals with the training they need to be able to identify and diagnose haemophilia, but we need the funds to make it happen. Otherwise, many Bolivians with bleeding disorders will lead short, painful lives,” Victor Manuel Ponce Rojas, president of the patient association and NNHF project partner.
