With a need for decentralisation of musculoskeletal care in the Northern provinces of Argentina, the Haemophilia Foundation of Salta, under the lead of Maria Sol Cruz, improved preventive and rehabilitative care in the Salta province by implementing hydrotherapy, thus allowing people with haemophilia to strengthen their muscles and joints.

The fourth NNHF project in Argentina centred initially on training in the province of Salta in Argentina, while going on to build a national network across the country. It had a targeted focus on musculoskeletal care and occupational therapy.
